Welcome to Baywood

The  Baywood Property Owners Association is a Not-for-Profit Corporation set  up in 1989 to serve property owners in the Baywood Development, which  is located in the hamlet of East Moriches, New York.   There are  presently 69 homes in Baywood.  The Association is responsible for  maintaining the front entrance off of Inlet View Path, as well as the  community’s private park; membership in the Association is required for  access to the park.  Membership in the Association is available to any  Baywood lot owner, in accordance with the Association's By-laws.
