ABOUT US

The Baywood Property Owners Association, Inc. is a New York Not-for-Profit Corporation formed for the Baywood Community:  (1) to run, operate and maintain the Common Properties and all facilities thereon; (2) to preserve and enhance the property values and amenities of the community; (3) to address the concerns of the members; (4) to maintain the natural integrity of the Common Properties while providing suitable recreational facilities for the benefit of its Members; (5) to administrate and enforce the Declaration. 

The property and business of the Association are managed by its Board of Directors in accordance with its By-Laws and Certificate of Incorporation.  Historically, the Association holds its annual meeting during the month of May, where upon it elects its Directors and transacts such other business that may come before the membership.ce!
